If your NEOZ charging unit is inactive and shows no LED indication, follow these steps:

1. Check the connection
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the charging base or charging tray.

2. Verify the power outlet
Confirm that the power outlet is working by testing it with another device.

If the issue persists after these checks, the charging system may have a fault and require repair.
