The serial number on your NEOZ cordless lamp is a unique identifier that records the lamp’s manufacturing details and warranty status. With this number, we can also confirm the exact battery type and LED light source used in your lamp.
For UNO, ECO, and PRO Light Engines, the serial number is located on a sticker on the bottom of the lamp base.
For the N1 Light Engine, the serial number is printed directly onto the base of the lamp alongside a data matrix code containing the same information.
