If your NEOZ lamp is not functioning, there may be several possible causes. Please follow the steps below to help diagnose and resolve the issue.
Step 1: Charge the Lamp
Place your lamp on the charger overnight to ensure the battery is fully charged.
If, after a full overnight charge, the lamp still does not work, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Perform a Hard Reset of the Light Engine
The reset process depends on your lamp’s Light Engine type:
For N1 Light Engines
N1 Light Engines automatically reset when placed on the charger for 3 minutes.
If you have charged your lamp overnight, the reset will already have occurred. Proceed to Step 3.
For UNO, ECO & PRO Light Engines
Press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds.
Watch the LED indicator lights on the base of the Light Engine:
LEDs will start blinking while you hold the button.
Continue holding until two green LEDs blink, then release the button.
The lamp LED may turn on and off several times during the reset process.
Once the lamp LED has turned off completely, test the lamp. If it still doesn’t work, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Check the LED Indicator Lights
1 or More Green Lights: This may indicate an issue with the lamp’s LED or Light Engine. Check that the LED is correctly inserted with the proper polarity (+/-).
Solid Red, Flashing Red, or No Lights: This may indicate that the battery needs replacing or there is a fault with the Light Engine.
Step 4: Replacement Parts and Support
All NEOZ lamps are fully serviceable and repairable, so a replacement part may be all that’s needed to restore your lamp.
